Order Processing Times
- After an order is placed, we typically take 1-2 business days to get it ready for shipping.
- Please note that we exclude weekends and holidays from processing times although sometimes we may just process it on a holiday or a weekend!
Shipping Costs
- Free or discount shipping (domestic and international) is offered for minimum order amounts or special offers. Check the banners at the top of our website for the latest promotions.
- Shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
- Customers can view shipping costs during checkout.
Domestic (USA) Shipping Options
- We offer the following domestic shipping options (currently everything is shipped from Oahu, Hawaii):
- USPS Ground Advantage (estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days)
International Shipping
- International shipping options include DHL and other options depending on your country. Options will be presented at time of checkout.
- We ship to all non-banned countries (refer to "Shipping Restrictions" below).
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order
- Orders sent to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies may not be eligible for returns.
- We cannot currently ship to the following countries covered in: https://ofac.treasury.gov/sanctions-programs-and-country-information
Tracking Orders
- Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order’s status using our website or the carrier’s website.
